Hi, I'm Sal,
I'm a 55 year old life + business coach, business owner and mother of three.
As a woman who celebrated my 50th birthday in 2018, I have been experiencing the feeling that Brene Brown described in the quote above, that sense that “it’s time to show up and be seen” first hand.
I believe - wholeheartedly - that at midlife it’s too late NOT to pursue some of your bigger and bolder dreams. If there are things that you’ve always wanted to do, later is here. It’s time.
My mission is to encourage women in their 50's to make this next chapter the one where they show up as their most brilliant, creative and unapologetic selves. To live in such a way that we create powerful legacies.

Are you feeling stuck or "on hold" in your life?
In my experience, when you are feeling stuck or "on hold" in any area of your life, one (or more) of three things is happening:
1. You're not clear on the story you want to live - maybe you've been too busy living someone else's story or you've been living a safe and cautious story and you know for sure that you have a much, much, much more interesting and satisfying story in you; or
2. You know what you want but you don't know how to make it happen; or
3. You know what you want and you have a pretty clear idea of what you would need to do to make it happen but you just can't seem to find the time, energy or courage to make the changes you want to make. You are starting to realize that the biggest thing getting in your way is you. This is my personal favorite! I could have earned a PhD in procrastination but I never got round to it ...
When you get clear on your story and you take action to bring the next chapter of your story to life, you start to create your legacy.
